Privacy Policy

Information categories we collect

Inquiry identity and contact data may include your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and country. Technical inquiry data may include the product family, application, requirements, dimensions, working conditions, connection details, quantity, drawings, photos and other files you choose to send. Security data may include submission identifiers and limited device or network information needed to protect the form.

Purpose and data categories

Inquiry and technical data are used to review the hose requirement, clarify missing fields, respond, prepare a quotation basis, maintain business records, protect the website and meet applicable obligations. The required RFQ privacy checkbox covers this inquiry use and is separate from any optional advertising choice.

Current tracking status and activation gates

Tracking is currently disabled by default. When Meta Pixel, dataset and Conversions API credentials are absent or any hard gate is incomplete, no advertising consent notice is shown and no controlled Meta request is sent. Meta Test Events, domain verification and an explicit production enable decision are independent hard gates; this page does not claim that any gate has passed.

Optional advertising measurement with Meta

If all activation gates are later verified and you accept advertising tracking, the browser Pixel and server Conversions API may be used to measure PageView and completed RFQ Lead events. Meta may receive the event type and time, shared event ID, Aureko page URL, browser user agent, IP address and consented Meta browser identifiers. This implementation does not send RFQ names, email addresses, phone numbers, companies, messages or files to Meta.

The browser and server copies use the same event ID so Meta can deduplicate them. Meta is then a data recipient under its own privacy policy and controls.

Reject and withdraw controls

Advertising tracking does not run before you accept. You may reject it and still use every page and submit an RFQ. If tracking is enabled, the Privacy choices control can reopen the choice or let you withdraw permission. Withdrawal stops future controlled events and removes accessible first-party Meta identifiers; it does not delete an RFQ you already asked Aureko to process.

Storage and retention

The first-party advertising preference, when the feature is enabled, is retained for up to 180 days. Consented first-touch and last-touch campaign data is kept in the current browser session and, after an RFQ, in the private inquiry record for the same reviewed retention period as the inquiry. Rejected visitors do not have advertising attribution stored in an inquiry. No fixed inquiry deletion period is claimed until the responsible entity approves one; inquiry records should be reviewed and removed when no longer needed for the stated business, recordkeeping, security or legal purpose.

Sharing, processing and security

Information may be shared only with service providers or technical partners needed for the stated purposes, Meta only after verified activation and consent, or authorities when required. Hosting and international-processing locations must be confirmed from the final service configuration rather than inferred here. We do not claim to sell inquiry information. Practical access and security controls are used, but no internet transmission is risk free.

Your information choices and contact

You may ask to access, correct or delete contact information, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements, through the website contact form. A legal entity name, verified address, contact responsibility and enterprise email are displayed only after evidence-gated configuration.
